Il progetto Nutrire Trento: evoluzione e aggiornamento dell’esperienza

Abstract

This contribution updates the reflection on the experience of the working Table called Nutrire Trento, an initiative jointly promoted by the Municipality and the University of Trento launched in 2017 as part of the UniCittà project. In the contribution authored by Forno et al. (2019) published in the volume “The space of local food policies: issues, experiences and perspectives,” attention had been focused in particular on the factors that favor and hinder the implementation of pathways towards a food policy for cities by comparing two experiences of medium-sized cities, that of Trento and that of Bergamo, initiated following a similar pathway. This contribution takes up some parts developed within that reflection by updating the Trento experience with its most recent developments.
