Abstract

The importance of experimentation in the urban food system transition is widely recognized both in literature and among policymakers (Brons et al. 2022;. Experimental spaces in urban contexts can create the best conditions to make new ideas, technologies and organisational structures emerge and mature for triggering transformation (Leeuwis et al. 2021).
