Abstract

Through the reading of Mona Chollet’s new essay, Reinventing Love, we will explore the different expressions of patriarchal domination in love relationships, especially the heterosexual ones, in order to explore their political potential, both at the individual and the collective level.

Noemi Magerand, Université Lyon 3

PhD candidate in contemporary Italian history at the Université Lyon 3. Her research focuses on the history of the Italian left in the 1970s – in particular the newspaper il manifesto – and the history of political and feminist movements.
