2023-06-07Following the success of the past five editions of the Turin Islamic Economic Forum (TIEF) and European Journal of Islamic Finance Workshop, we are organizing a new virtual workshop to contribute to the knowledge of the broad Islamic economics and finance themes.

- Abstract deadline: 25 August 2023 (NEW DEADLINE)
- Full paper deadline: 23 October 2023
- Notifications: Within eight days after the abstract and then paper submission by the scientific committee.
- Registrations: 31 October - 20 November 2023

Holiday greetings and future challenges
2021-12-30We recently concluded the fifth Turin Islamic Economic Forum (TIEF) edition knowing new colleagues worldwide and creating a solid community. Today, we published the first special issue, but for the entire 2022 is scheduled the publication of another number with all of the contributions accepted.
New challenges are expected for 2022.

2017-02-07The European Journal of Islamic Finance (http://www.ojs.unito.it/index.php/EJIF) is pleased to announce a call for paper for a dedicated special issue on Islamic banking and finance in Europe. The special issue is announced in the occasion of the third edition of the Turin Islamic Economic Forum (TIEF) 2017 (http://www.tief.it/); the third edition will be held on March 6th and 7th, 2017 and will focus on the use of Islamic finance to trigger processes of social inclusion and to foster economic development and internationalisation of local SMEs, particularly in the field of renewable energies, biotechnology and aerospace, with insights and updates on the evolution of the law on fiscal neutrality.
