Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the author guidelines.

DRHA / Full papers

Full papers - max 5000 words (including works cited and notes).

ensure to anonymize your article, avoiding any inclusion of authors' names and internal references that could reveal their identities. Do not include abstract and bio in the article (they will be submitted as metadata in the submission process)

the draft must be written in font 11, Times New Roman, single spaced, format .doc, .docx.

the article should be divided into headings, and the writing should avoid isolated sentences and use paragraphs.

During the submission steps, enter the required metadata: info, bio (max 50 words),  abstract (max 100 words), key words

Full paper may include max 2 images (B/W) and must provide permission to publish

  • label them as "IMAGE" (maximum of 2 black and white images) and upload them as two separate files when prompted during the submission process.
  • Name the image files as "fig_01.[jpg, gif, etc]" and "fig_02.[jpg, gif, etc]" respectively. Ensure to refer to these names within the article text where applicable.
  • Include details of the picture (owner, publisher, permission, etc.) in the provided fields during upload.

The contents to be published in this section journal should briefly describe the content of the presentation delivered and provide an overview of the research conducted or underway. Please ensure not to duplicate the abstracts submitted for conference acceptance.
