The aim of the present article is to make a survey of Abe Kôbô's experimental theatre through an interview with two actors of Abe Kôbô Studio's, the theatrical group he founded in the 1973. In particular, Satô Masafumi and Shiota Eiko answer about the new training system for actors created by Abe, and they also talk about their experience working together with him.
