Memoria material: objetos biográficos en la narrativa de Roberto Raschella

Resumen

La narrativa de Roberto Raschella apela a una materialidad definida en dos planos. El primero de ellos corresponde a la materialidad simbólica de la lengua misma que, en tanto registro gráfico y fónico, logra el pastiche distintivo de la lengua ‘miscitada’. El segundo plano de materialidad es el resultado de la operación de nominalización que esa lengua hace posible y corresponde a los objetos nombrados por esa lengua. Estos objetos integran el microcosmo material del universo raschelliano y por la dimensión biográfica (Morin, 1974) que asumen ayudan al narrador a trazar los rasgos distintivos de su experiencia vital a la vez que reconstruyen la memoria material de su familia. A partir de ellos y en estrecha sincronía con quien los usa, es posible configurar especiales cronotopías de la intimidad, con funciones prácticas, afectivas e intelectuales.

Abstract

Roberto Raschella’s narrative draws on a materiality defined on two planes. The first one corresponds to the symbolic materiality of language itself which, as a graphic and phonic register, attains the distinctive pastiche of the ‘lengua miscitada’. The second one results from the operation of nominalization which that language allows for, and it refers to the objects it names. These objects are part of the material microcosm of the raschellian universe and, due to their biographical dimension (Morin, 1974), they help the narrator to draw the distinctive features of his life experience while reconstructing the material memory of his family. Departing from these objects and in close synchronicity with whom makes use of them, it is possible to trace particular chronotopes of intimacy with practical, affective, and intellectual functions.
