We intend to investigate two interesting characters, Tigartao and Amage , barbarian queens of the Northern coast of the Black Sea region, whose peculiar events we have been handed down from one source : Polyaenus . Their representation given to us is very interesting and it is quite different from the usual description of the Hellenistic queens .
