La recente ripresa (Aprile 2012) delle esplorazioni archeologiche ha localizzato l'ubicazione vicino al foro dei resti relativi agli apprestamenti idrici ricordati dall'epigrafe.CIL, V 5136, an inscription from Bergomum, provides clear evidence on the water-related evergetism in Transpadana, highlighting the pivotal role of inscribed texts in self-advertisment and social distinction in ancient communities. The bathing facilities mentioned in the epigraphic record have been successfully matched with the archaeological remains unearthed near the ancient forum, whose location has been recently (April 2012) confirmed.
