Author Biography

Renato de Filippis, University of Salerno

Renato de Filippis (Frosinone 1981) is associate professor at the University of Salerno, Italy, where he teaches History of Medieval philosophy and History of Modern philosophy. He has published several studies on the philosophy and theology of the XI century (especially about Peter Damian and Othlo of Sankt Emmeram), on Boethius and on the history of rhetoric between late Antiquity and early Middle Ages.
