Questions to the Yamuna River

Abstract

This issue's artist's notebook is composed of nine drawings from a series of 42, the outcome of a performance that took place on the banks of the Yamuna River (New Dehli), made as part of an artist residency organized by Khoj - International Artists Associations in New Dehli. Interrogating the river according to the dictates of hydromancy, the duo Caretto/Spagna obtained 42 drawings/answers, traces of relationship and dialogue between other forms of intelligence, in an attempt to listen.
