Francesco G. Tricomi’s Archive and Library

Abstract

After giving a short biographical sketch of F.G. Tricomi, we describe the overall structure and consistency of his archive and library, which - jointly - represent a documental patrimony of great historical and mathematical relevance, in addition to being one of the most rich and important archives held in the Department of Mathematics ‘G. Peano’ of the University of Turin.
