As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor submitted to another journal (or else an explanation is to be given the editor in the Comments section)
2. The submission file is in doc. (MSWord or Open Office)
3. Where possible, the references’ URL have been stated
4. The paper follows the stylistic and bibliographical directions given in the author’s guidelines, one can find in the journal’s Homepage.
5. If the submission is meant for a peer-reviewed journal section, directions are given in How to ensure a blind peer-review
