La letteratura come strumento: anticipazionismo e filosofia

Abstract

In this paper I am arguing that the intersection between literature and philosophy displays a definite difference: the former offers the ground where the latter's thesis is tested. In this sense, literature is based on a realistic approach to metaphysics, and, as such, becomes an "instrument" of anticipation and understanding of another kind of reality: a reality lying outside reason or logic, or, rather, a reality that we cannot, prima facie, see or know.
