Abstract

The essay examines the mutual relationship between Law and Religion in several and dynamic perspectives. The patterns of this interconnection are investigated in a mythic projection; in a philosophical horizon; within the Judeo-Christian tradition and according to the present cultural views. Even in a secularized landscape, the Author claims for a deeper understanding and an innovative, intellectual assessment of symbolic dynamics.
